Didn't return calls. Didn't show up. No services

BEWARE!! Awful! I had an emergency, so I needed someone asap. Man came out right away. A plus, however he didn't seem to know what head doing. He kept saying to me "oh, I've never seen that before" and "I'm just not really sure" I didn't feel good when he left. Turns out, I was right!! He left off the Float Which makes the pump turn off, so my sump pump continuously ran and burned out the Motor within days. So, he charged me over $300 to mess it all up. And denied doing anything to the sump pump, which is why I called him in the first place. And called me a Lier when I called him out. I'm angry!! I had to hire a knowledgeable plumber to replace the the pump he broke. And this cost me $400. Do not hire!!!

I had a very good experience with K&K when we needed to replace our water heater. Holly was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, setting up the appointment and checking on extended warranties with the manufacturer. Job was done quickly and correctly with no issues by a friendly plumber. Water heater prices have gone up lately it seems, but K&K's price was very competitive - same as it would be to have Home Depot arrange it, but more trustworthy in my opinion. And their price was much less than Approved Plumbing whom I also quoted.

Chris did a fantastic job with our new hot water tank. The price quote was less expensive than the others and the tank works perfectly.

We remodeled a house and went to this company on a recomendation from a friend and I was blow away. its a family business and the owner Mark was outstanding, very helpful with our heating/ cooling needs and very knowledgeable without breaking our budget for the new system. Everything looks and works great and I am now passing on the recommendation!
