I know this is long overdue, but Technician James came to my house a few weeks ago to work on my very new refrig that Costco won't take bag. In only 3-1/2 months I have had 2 repairs. James was amazing. He spent the time to do the diagnostics, was able to fix my ice maker, I could understand him. He was very thorough and comprehensive. It was one of the very few positive appliance repair experiences I have had in many years . Thank you, great job a James!

The water heater died a sudden and tragic death, leaving my family of 5 without hot water. The Eagle team came prepared with a new water heater, assessed the situation, determined replacing the 15 year heater was a better than a costly repair, replaced it and restored our hot water in ONE visit. Our water heater broke (on a holiday) and I called Good Guy Plumbing at 5:30 pm (on a holiday!) and they called me back in minutes. I spoke with Robert who understood How difficult it is to run a household without water! They gave me an excellent price and Robert assured me they could help and the next day Good Guy Plumbing showed up and installed a new water heater. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable and had the new water heater in and running in no time.

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.

Unfortunately for me he is in the North San Fernando Valley and I am near LAX
