I really liked this company. They were able to come out the same day I called them. (We were having issues with our garbage disposal.) The appt window was between 1-5, the guy called us about 115 to let us know the job he was on would be taking a little longer then expected but he would be here closer to 5. He arrived at 345 and was all done by 415. :) Bryan was very nice and helpful and efficient. He also gave me a coupon that doesn't expire for $10 off any future service! I would definitely call them again!

They plumbed my new house. Nice guys and they come on time, etc. They charge top dollar and they even charged me to correct something they did not do as specified. (The faucet for the master tub was supposed to have a shower connection. They installed one without it. The faucet was not firmly fixed in place. They suggested I did something to it. I had not touched it. They came out one afternoon to install 6 ft of gas pipe on an outside wall and fix the bathroom tub faucet. Bill was over $600. The faucet which consumed most of the time still moves. I had asked for several cut offs. Never installed. (This could be a problem in how the general contractor specked the job to the plumbers. I discussed cut offs and other issues with the two man crew, and this issue should have been resolved during construction. There seems to be some lack of communication between crew and company owner.) One of the no freeze faucets has broken and caused me to take out drywall and insulation in the basement room. No cut off for that, only the whole house. I suppose if one wrote a very long list of specifications and then checked each item every day before finish, the job would be okay. Perhaps the oddest twist is that after posting the first version of this review 4 years after house was finished and all bills paid to contractor, company owner called to say review was inaccurate, that he was still owed over $2,000 but hadn't billed because he thought the job was still in progress.

Fit us in last minute on a Friday after another plumbing company failed to show after waiting almost 4 hours for another company. Professional.

I had a exterior plumbing leak at our water shutoff valve. Half Price scheduled Keith to come out between 4 & 6, but he got stuck on another job until 9:30 or 10. When he was done, he called me and asked if I still wanted him to come out. I did, and this hard-working gentleman finished up at close to midnight at a fair price. He went the extra mile (or two) and I sure appreciate that.

These guys are the best. They know their product and don't try selling you something you don't need.

When it comes to plumbers in Sacramento I have had some horror stories. It wasn't until I called Straightline that the nightmare of constant back pressure issues in the upstairs bathroom ended. These guys at Straightline plumbing really know their stuff, and corrected the issue where so many others couldn't resolve the problems. We will always call them if we have a future emergency plumbing need. Family owned, and operated, very professional,and clearly experienced. - Highly recommended

We called about 9:30 PM and Raymond showed up a bit after 10:00. He was personable, professional and thorough. I'm 100% pleased with the service and next time this happens I'll be calling them to send Raymond back out. Top notch operation, as far as I can tell.
