I had three Plumbing/HVAC companies look at my water heater in two days. All three said they couldn't get the part for my new hydronic water heater that also controlled my heat and air in my condo. I called Pinnacle and he came out the next morning. By 3:00pm he had the electronic part and had my unit up and running in an hour. Don't overlook the local guys when looking for great service.
