Plumbing

Chris was the 4th plumber to come to my house. The first 3 walked away with the promise to get back to me with more details but were never to be heard from again. So, you can imagine my relief when I called Chris at City Plumber and had my plumbing fixed within 90 minutes. Very professional and the communications is exceptional. Best pluming service in San Diego. Many Thanks!

I hired Padilla Plumbing and the technician was not only late but did not complete the job. The owner and son came to inspect the unit and confirmed the installation was done incorrectly. I asked them to fix it and they wanted to charge me. I found that so unprofessional and I asked them to leave as o will need to see them in court to defend their lousy work.

I met Bill at a trade show and asked about his services, he was very informative, therefore, i recommended him to my HOA. The HOA President and management company had Bills Company preform some plumbing services on our property. Bills team went to work fixing and was very professional. I would highly recommend Brinks to anyone who want top quality plumbing.

I went to AO Reed with the recommendation of a contractor friend of mine. As soon as I walked in, a man behind the counter shot me a dirty look and asked me what I wanted. I politely asked if they had an item that I needed (for a charity home rebuilding project), He cut me off in mid sentence and, in a rude condescending tone, replied “no, we don’t carry that.” He then turned his back. That was it… That’s not good customer service. I’ll make sure I share this with everyone I come across. Thank you,

John came out on a busy Friday afternoon when everyone else seemed to be booked and spent 4 hours finishing up work that another plumber never showed up for. Good guy, good work.

Great service and knowledge of the particular parts.

Top notch professionals that really know their business. It's service like this you will never receive at the big box hardware stores.

Arrived when promised. Finished when promised. Outstanding job. I would request him for my next plumbing requirements. At the end of the job He cleaned everything to spot less.

I had to replace the piping in my bathroom and these guys came in at the lowest quote.

Worst plumbing place I've ever worked with! We are now going on day 3 of waiting for them to come and install a toilet. The window is 4 hours, so this is now over 10 hours waiting for them. The people in the front office do not know how to communicate with the people ordering, or the people out in the field. I would not use them again! First the toilet we order they said they had, would cost more than the usual because it had to have a low tank, then the guy comes and he doesn't have the toilet on his truck, can't find anything that would fit. Told him we specifically told Juliana what we needed. MP said they needed a $200.00 deposit to order a new toilet, so I gave them a check. Second time we waited for them to come we got a window of 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at 7:30 p.m. they said the driver didn't have that toilet they ordered the wrong one. Now by some miracle they are supposed to be getting our specific between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.. Ridiculous to wait so long for something a normal plumber should be able to do in a day, not 3 days. Who knows what excuse they will have tomorrow!

Arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Josh was great. Very polite and professional.
