First rate company. Competent and honorable. I have used their services for well over 20 years. Never had a bad experience.

This was the first time I've had to call a plumber, so I was a little worried... but I had a great experience with MJ Plumbing, and I'll be calling Marko from now on! We had a couple clogs that popped up at the same time. He was about to show up that afternoon (on time!) and had the problems resolved in under half an hour. Great service and reasonable price. So excited to have my sinks back!!! :)

These guys are super responsive and very professional. They solved our problem same day and had great service. I recommend them highly!

Barrett and his partner were professional, but Barrett was immediately extremely convinced about our toilet problem. I had disconnected the toilet and had it ready for removal to inspect our sewer drain for clogs, as this toilet has overflowed 3 times in the past several months. Barrett immediately diagnosed the problem as a clog within the toilet caused by calcium deposits. He surveyed 2 other Toto toilets in our house and confirmed the same problem in one of them. His prognosis was to replace the defective toilets, which were only 3 years old or newer, as they were unrepairable. I later inspected the toilet I removed and discovered absolutely no calcium obstruction. Not sure of the employment relationship of these technicians, but they voiced extreme discontent with their working schedule. Office personnel were either less than pleasant, or extremely hard to understand (French accent person for the initial call - I could not understand him or get him to understand the purpose of my call). Will not use you again.

We had a good experence with Pleasanton Plumber, they were on time and fixed my Lock up garbage disposal In about an hour. I will use them again if needed.... but hopefully nothing will break before we move.

Worst plumbing place I've ever worked with! We are now going on day 3 of waiting for them to come and install a toilet. The window is 4 hours, so this is now over 10 hours waiting for them. The people in the front office do not know how to communicate with the people ordering, or the people out in the field. I would not use them again! First the toilet we order they said they had, would cost more than the usual because it had to have a low tank, then the guy comes and he doesn't have the toilet on his truck, can't find anything that would fit. Told him we specifically told Juliana what we needed. MP said they needed a $200.00 deposit to order a new toilet, so I gave them a check. Second time we waited for them to come we got a window of 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at 7:30 p.m. they said the driver didn't have that toilet they ordered the wrong one. Now by some miracle they are supposed to be getting our specific between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.. Ridiculous to wait so long for something a normal plumber should be able to do in a day, not 3 days. Who knows what excuse they will have tomorrow!

The stuff always friendly and helpful, always have in stock parts what I needed. I'm using this store more than 10 years.☺

I am so glad I called General Plumbing and Rooter to fix my toilet. Loved how the technician got out quickly and even though I called very late at night I still got great service from both customer service and the technician.

Paul answered my inquiry almost immediately, came out early next morning for options to replace my leaking tankless water heater. Within several hours, he gave me options and pricing by email. By next afternoon, he and his apprentice, Alex, had installed a new tankless. Paul is very professional, a great craftsman, and knows the code requirements. Great job and reasonable cost.
