Plumbing

Man, it is hard to trust anybody

Prompt and professional!!

As a former worker for SR plumbing there were great projects the company has worked on such as the project for the innovation middle school in the lake nona area i was giving a job nobody from our company wanted to do (which was insulation) the other workers complained about the conditions of that particular job the company was falling behind on the project because the materials were not brought from the office on time only brought the day of or before we had inspection which almost caused the company to lose the contract with innovation middle school. The conditions i worked in were not required to be done but i was afraid that i would lose my job behind it so i continued to work, I had to stand on electrical pipes to finish insulation in a building and i was told by the foreman of the electric company that if those pipes were to bend or break under my feet that i could have died instantly but i continued to work thinking that i would be noticed by the general foreman of the company for my hard work and i was also promised a raise in which i was never given. So today Monday June 5th,2017 Me the foreman and two other co-workers were called to go to the office before we went to work and when we arrived at 5:45am( around this time we would usually clock in for work at the job site to begin working) the CEO of the company had a talk to our foreman we spent almost an hour there waiting for them to tell us what we had to do for the day and after a few minutes of waiting our foreman approached us and told us that our boss wanted us to grab materials every morning at 6am to then take it to the job site but the timr spent getting materials from the office we would not be getting paid which is outrageous because even when we were working long hours to finish this project we were still under paid for our hard work the time we spent doing overtime most of the time i spent with working at the job the hours we were supposed to get overtime were not all there and instead of getting overtime we got the hours in regular hours on seperate checks . So as a future employee for this company if you are trying to work here think about it there are other jobs that pay better and have less hassle with paying you. And for those who work here at this job think about all of the times you were promised that raise and never got it, think about all of the employees you seen at the company that left because they were underpaid or there checks were missing hours.

My daughter had a car accident and her car was undrivable. It was left in Herrells parking lot overnight until I could arrange to have it towed in the morning. Herrell had it towed before we got there in the morning. Shame on you for taking advantage of someone's misfortune! When I called to find out what happened to the car, a guy named Bill denied having anything to do with the car being towed, but the towing company's contract clearly states they pick a car up after getting called by the business. The towing company verified that someone named Bill called them.Do business with these dishonest people at your own peril. They will take advantage of you and lie to you

Highly recommend!!!! Family business!!!

Amazing display of product in showroom with quality products and very professional and courteous staff. The manager, Janice exceeded our expectations and she had a vast knowledge of the product.

Chris is the most professional individual I ever had the opportunity to come across in my 68 years of age. He was dressed in an professional way , even wearing booties to not get my floor dirty. His work was impeccable, and he explained everything he was doing. His manners were perfect and I felt very safe having him in my home.Thank you for such an amazing job.

Jorge is my go to for plumbing, big jobs and small. He's knowledgeable and friendly and he will anaylize a situation for the long term fix. Prices are really very reasonable and he stands by his work. And he answers the phone or calls back quickly. Tankless hot water heaters are a specialty but he's got tons of experience. As a matter of fact, don't call him. I might need him. JK!

Very helpfull. Got what I needed.

Nice helpful people and always have r next material !! Good job guys !!

Matt came to my house the day before Easter (a Saturday) at 3pm. He didn't leave until the job was finished at 7pm. He was very courteous and professional, but most importantly, he did a great job. I received their information from a friend in the construction business who told me that they do great work. I'm glad that I contacted them. Matt's an outstanding employee.

I would like to thank Wesley for pulling over on the highway and helping me change my tire, while everyone drove by me. I know this is not plumbing related. But if everyone is as nice and professional as Wes was with me in my time of need. Then Greenway Plumbing will be all of my friends and my businesses new plumbing company! Thank you again Wesley!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They came out to fix a water main issue, I purchased all of the necessary parts so they would not charge me an additional cost on all of them, and they were to charge me only their hourly rate. This occurred during normal hours so it was not an emergent hourly rate. This business charged $165 an hour when the average hourly rate during normal operating hours in my area is 65-80. They charged more than everyone else's emergency rate (weekends) too!!! Most everyone's emergency rates are around 125 an hour. They did not even do an outstanding job. Absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with.
