Avoid these scammers at all costs. They did an inspection and claimed to have found a dip in the sewer line under my house which would require repair. They dug a tunnel which they claimed was 48 feet long, at $100 a foot. I was dubious so I crawled in there with a tape measure and found the tunnel to be 32 feet in length. When I called them out on it, they stopped work and demanded payment in full before they'd continue working, and threatened to put a lien on my house. I just paid them off as I'm trying to move out of town, but these scoundrels need to be investigated for fraud.

I had the most *wonderful* experience with CT Traina. It can be difficult to find people who always deal fairly with a young woman who is a homeowner. But the guys with CT Traina were amazing! Everything was explained and they were quick to offer friendly advice about how to prevent future problems. Brandon and his team came out and finished all of my repairs in three days (and I had a lot of repairs after that freeze). Communication was maintained at all times and they did their best to accommodate my work schedule. I would recommend them and their services to anyone and everyone who needs a plumber!

Warning: They will charge you large amounts for doing no actual work. They came to inspect a leak in one of my pipes and spent 5 minutes in my house telling me that they would have to tear down my ceiling in order to fix the leak. For that 5 minute conversation, they charged me $125. It turns out that the advice was terrible, because I found another plumber that was able to fix the pipe without tearing down my ceiling. The other plumber charged me the same amount for actually fixing my pipe as BHA charged for the 5 minute conversation. When I called BHA and told them my concerns, the woman on the phone told me "those are our rates, so it doesn't matter how long we are at your house." She was extremely short and rude with me. I will NEVER use this company again. The only silver lining is that I didn't actually have BHA do the repair work. I can only imagine how much they would have charged me for doing actual work.

We had a leaky faucet for a month. We called another plumber originally. That plumber came out and found nothing wrong. There was in fact something wrong with our sink. My grandmother has used Frank Klein Plumbing in the past and recommended them to us, so we called them. They came out the next day, on time and fixed the problem! We will defiantly be using them for when our HVAC/Furnace dies since it's 18 years old! I recommend them and the two men that came over were knowledgeable and nice. The prices are reasonable too. I'm so happy to have a working kitchen sink!
