I love A.J Michaels they were awesome! They went above and beyond the call of duty to get me a new hvac system that was very energy saving, I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The lady Donna in the office was great to deal with she was very nice. Thanks again for the great service!

Overall they cleared the clog, which was the major positive affording two stars. They also arrived on time. Major negatives: The price, which was $300 was far higher than what I have previously paid (around $165-$200) Tom, the serviceman told me that the backed up sewer "smelled like money". They had two people on the job and one guy just mostly stood around for an hour, likely adding to the cost. They left a nasty mess of dung, black water, etc all around where they worked. While I didn't expect things to be pristine, for $300 I expected a simple clean up. I cannot imagine not cleaning up my worksite, charging someone $300 for a hour of labor, telling them that it "smelled like money" and then actually sleeping at night. Cheers-

Marc was an excellent plumber and I ended up paying less then half of what I was quoted by the other "main stream" companies that I got estimates from in the beginning. Highly recommended!

Although they were quick to come and provide an estimate and it was an extremely fair estimate compared to all the others that I sought their overall work was not up to par. They had to dig a trench through the front yard to replace a damaged pipe however the clean-up was terrible. 5 months later the yard is still torn up and on top of that there is still apparently a leak in the pipe. I thought that my last water bill was still high due to the repair being done in mid December but now I am seeing water leaking out towards the side walk again.

So nice as a homeowner to have a plumber you can rely on! Polite, professional, prompt. Very responsive to calls/texts. With generations of knowledge behind him, Doug knows well the pipes and drains of years gone by not just the brand new pretty stuff of new construction. He is willing to explain the issue, suggest courses of action and give pricing up front. He does what he can to work with the existing and doesn't pressure sell new or high end items to pad his bill. We were referred to him for our kitchen sink and he did such a great job we have called him again for our bathroom. He was neat, and did the work within the quote given, even when some of the parts ended up costing him more. He is our go to plumber from now on!

We have used United Plumbing Services for many years for varies services and they are reliable and professional. Last week, on Christmas Day as we were heading out of town our hot water heater pipe busted. We called them at 7am on the day after Christmas and they answered our call and had someone out almost immediately! Excellent local and dependable business!
