My water heater was off Sunday. I called 8:15am Monday. Phone was answered right away. They came at 8:30am, and they replaced the thermocoupler. Job was done at 9:15am. Service was fast and labor and parts was very reasonable @ $175.00.

I called for a simple repair, a leaky valve. They responded quick and get the job done in the same day. Thanks for the hard work. I would recommend you for any pluming work.

First off, let me just start of by saying if you need a good plumber, then call this company. I promise you will not be disappointed. I called them based off the great reviews not only here, but on yelp. I had a lot of plumbing repairs that need to be done, and it's become a problem that I can't really ignore any longer. Through my searching, it was important to me that I didn't hire just any 'ole plumber, but one that was honest, affordable and local. Kory, the plumber, was just that. Kory arrived on time, like he promised so we started off on the right foot. He was able quickly diagnose several problems right away, and fix them on spot. He was able to find a couple bigger problems too, and I went ahead and had him fix those as well. I just wanted to say thanks to Kory, for not only being very patient with me, but taking his time to do a great job, and not charging an arm and a leg. Overall, I am very satisfied with this plumbing company!

Our issue was taken care of in less than 2 hours. Michael was quick, polite, and professional. We will definitely call Crown Plumbing again.

NEVER, never use this company! They are liars and cheats. They lied to me about a product and swindled me out of thousands of dollars. I took them to small claims court but only got half of the money back and I am stuck with the product. I met the owner in court and he is a real swindler, in and out of small claims court from here to Los Angeles where the company is based. Save yourself a real hassle and avoid Rapid Plumbing!!

Took longer to arrive than I was told over the phone, with no update. If not for that would have been 5 stars. Came in, saw the problem and where the clean-out was, gave me a price, fixed the clog(s) for that price, cleaned up and was friendly, courteous and quick.

He is a quick and honest plumber. I received much higher quotes Greg completed the job ahead of schedule and did a thorough clean up.

I just wanted to send a quick note to the management team of the Mathew St. Roto-Rooter. Michael Burk came out to service our request around a clugged drain. Michael was very professional and pleasent to deal with. After a quick inspection of our situation, Michael clearly explained what was most likely causing the problem, and what he would be doing to alleviate the issue. Within a short period of time, Michael solved the problem and our drains were functioning perfectly. Thanks Roto-Rooter and thanks Michael for a great experience. First time user of Steator.Pipe and Supply. I was apprehensive as most distributors “to the trade” are brusque to the point of rudeness when approached by one of the great unwashed general public. I was served by “Charlie” who quickly figured out the parts that I needed, retrieved them, and promptly executed the sale. A pleasant transaction, in all respects. I was “driven” to seek out Streator because of a frustrating 30 minutes at Miners, GB trying unsuccessfully to get intelligent support. Streators will now be my preferred source.

I called these guys and they refused to give me any price information over the phone. 😠
