Called Andree to help us with a clogged drain going through a compliance audit; within 15 min he was in our door step and in less than an hour, the problem was fixed correctly. On top of that, there was a leaking valve on one of the toilets and he fixed that too. Will keep calling him on plumbing needs from now on. Thank you Andree.

The guy that came to fix my garbage disposal was very nice. I told him the issue and where the leak was coming from and he checked it. He ended up replacing it, with a new garbage disposal, because it was very old and rusted. Thank you Doc's Plumbing.

I called EB Plumbing because they were located close to my home. My garbage disposal was not working. EB arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, which was nice. Garbage disposals get stuck, so I had tried to get it going by using the company-supplied wrench, which did not unstick the unit. EB tried for 5 minutes to unstick it using the same wrench, decided the unit was no good, and suggested I get a new one. Fine. So I said that I would get one and have him back to install it. He said he would have to charge me another $150 trip charge to come back. Really? $300 in trip charges to travel 10 minutes to my house? I understand that plumbers do need to charge a fee just to come out, but under the circumstances, I felt that charging me twice was excessively rigid, not to mention very high priced. I paid the $150 for the 5-minute service call and that was that. I had someone else (who only charged a $75 dollar trip charge) come out and install the new unit. I won't call EB again.

My parents aren't too computer savy, so I am posting this for them. I visited my parents over the weekend in Santa Maria. They had a mess of a plumbing problem on a Saturday. Being Easter weekend, wet thought for certain we would have to wait until Monday for service. We tried anyways. Called 2 others after searching on google. Both closed, called Zierman Plumbing based on reviews and their service answered and assured us their on call plumber would be right with us. He called right away and after explaining our situation, said he was on his way. He didn't even charge overtime! Wow! Great service. He came and saved the weekend. My kids were happy knowing nothing would get in the way of their hunting Easter eggs, not even a plumbing issue. Thank you so much, Zierman Plumbing and crew.
