Grant Butcher...Yes I called and was basically told go screw myself and hung up on. Did you think before posting that he was taking food off my kids plate? How about blatantly breaking the law and continuing to contract without a license and bond? How is that "...trying to scratch out a fair living like the rest of us?" Ripping people off? Fair would be following the rules and regulations (I.e., licensed & bonded) and being honest! I can assure you I am not a competitor or "friend" writing a biased review. Going through receipts provided by our property management company , I saw a charge of $160 for a "Price Pfister" faucet in one of the rental units (From Christensen's Plumbing). This past week I visited the rental and it is actually a $50 Delta faucet. Furthermore, after checking their contractors license, on their receipt (#597744) it says that their license expired in July of 2012 and the company is "NOT ABLE TO CONTRACT AT THIS TIME." The work was performed in January 2013. Not only are they ripping people off by billing for a different than installed item, they are breaking the law by contracting without a license. If you care about your home or property I would advise you to stay away. Needless to say, the property management company has received their 30 day notice of termination and a complaint has been filed with the CSLB .

Scott fixed a tub drain and a kitchen sink drain in my apartment. In both cases problems had arisen due to poor craftsmanship by whoever the previous plumber was. Scott's quality of work is greatly appreciated. He actually fixed the root cause of the problem for both issues I had, and did so swiftly. Thank you Scott and thank you Ethan's Plumbing. I would highly recommend to anyone!! :)
