Called @ 930am - they said they can have someone here between 10-12. Plumber called about an hour later and said he was on his way. "Moe" the plumber is an outstanding young man. Friendly and observant. Got the job done. Good customer service. Mobile payment option is great. Strongly recommend.

The service was fine, but I feel like I got taken on the price. I forgot to ask for an estimate up front and then got hit with a $300 bill for one hour of labor for one guy who I couldn't even communicate with clearly in English. That is pretty steep for snaking two internal drains (toilet and bath) and adjusting the bath stopper lever. Probably my fault, but I was shocked that their prices are so high. I may use them again, but not without a written quote in advance.

From a truck driver's point of view this place is awful. Receiving is extremely rude and you have to light a torch under their ass to get them to unload. Then when you go in to pick up your paper work they just point and say it's over there. Too bad because the country side is beautiful but I refuse to take another load into this store. 🖓🖓Should be called Skanky Brothers.
