Pros Plumbing was very friendly and helpful. My sister recommended them when my drain line backed up. I called and got an appointment for the same day. Bill showed and he was very nice and gave me a set price of $120 to clear my line, which was actually cheaper than what another plumber charged me for the same job about a year ago, so needless to say I assumed the price was fair and had him do the job. I am very happy I ended up calling this company. I would call them again, and you should too if you looking for a good, friendly plumber.

I had great experience with Hug Plumbing. They are very professional, efficient & straight. I hired them for my ac repair in Santa Rosa & they did great job. They are knowledgeable, super easy to work with, respectful, and kind. I highly recommend Hug Plumbing for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I have used Palo Alto Plumbing many times. Never had any problems with them and they have been very professional, reliable and the repairs were well done. Even came on Thanksgiving and once on Christmas Eve. Yes, I paid more for those trips, but it was worth it. They have done A/C work, furnace and pipes. Occasionally they run late, but sometimes my job makes them run late. I do call when the scheduled time passes and they are not here yet, but they are better than most other services. Definitely way way better than Direct TV, and that is just my TV and not my toilets!

Jeff is an amazing professional plumber and very easy to work with. He was a major part in putting together the family's dream kitchen. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew what he was doing and answered all the random questions we had. He did a great job, I would highly recommend using his services for anything plumbing! Was so pleased with this company from the time I called them till after the work was done. First the lady who answered was so calm , friendly , polite , and funny. She gave me confidence in the service I had yet to receive. I was called about 20 mins before Joel showed up , so was very happy with that as well. Also this emergency call came in on a Saturday morning on holloween day. Unlike every other plumber who shows up here and treats me like they hit the lottery I only paid $142.00 for this problem to be resolved. After 7 years of plumbers at this house this is the only one I will be calling back again. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone and especially for the people who don't have a clue as to who to call like I was.

I've been using the services of PipeDreams plumbing for the past several years. They have helped fix broken pipes, sewar blockages and installed new water heater and toilet. Great service. reliable, prompt. Friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

The same day I called Mr. Drain sent out two great plumbers (Raymond and Barret) who took care of a very difficult job (sewer ejector pump) for less money than the other quotes I got and gave me a higher horse-power brand-name pump and 3-year warranty. It was done the same day, even though they kindly drove to Oakland to get the ideal pump for my situation. The guys were super knowledgable and friendly. A cut above.
