Paid $350 to check drains and clear pipes if needed in very small older home before starting remodel, also to video pipes. They only unclogged one drain. We ran water in bathroom and it was super slow. When we called back to fix the job stated, they refused to do so without trying to soak us for another $130. Tried to Shop Local but got screwed. We used them 2 years earlier and was only charged $115 total for all three drains. That was the only reason we used them again. Different guys this time. Zero customer service. Called Roto Rooter instead. They were awesome and cheaper. Wouldn't ever use DB again. Appropriate initials though.....

Avo and his team, especially Hector and Victor (and a couple more whose names I didn’t remember) were everything I could’ve asked for and more: - Knowledgeable - Responsive - Well-priced - Efficient - Timely - Clean - Respectful - Great customer service providers: Avo returned calls and text almost immediately every time! He came over and assessed the situation, then got back to me with a very reasonable bid, and his guys started right away. When I had “big” questions, he came over to go through them with me. Everyone worked efficiently and professionally both outside and inside, cleaning up after themselves impeccably every day, and they were incredibly polite. The gentlemen doing the work stayed in contact with Avo via 2-way radio so he was able to stay on top of things and keep me updated right away. We’re already talking about a second project.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Lovazzano and am confident in their leadership and team. Quality work and proper methodologies seemed to take precedence to corner cutting and subpar work.

Finally found an honest plumber. They guarantee there work and do an awesome job. Already referred them to many neighbors and all of them will re-use them again. They re-piped my entire house and everything was great, including the price. I need snaking often due to old pipe lines and Carlos is there when I need him. Thanks Pipeline :)
