The Marin Roto Rooter franchise is a JOKE bottom of the barrel.. company...They hire LABOR READY WORKERS!! Why pay a full time guy at 25$ an hour when you can get two LABOR READY GUYS For the same price and no benefits. The office people are complete disorganized micro managers!! Copy after copy of meaninglessness paperwork which they put off onto the drivers and plumbers who are out working in the field! It's just wrong. The entire construction crew are green and have no experience at all except for a Fat manager that usually just sits at a desk or in his car and a few old guys that can barely walk or get in a hole and dig. I doubt the owner even graduated high school! She seems like a trust fund baby with no idea of reality... My suggestion: DO NOT WORK FOR The MARIN ROTO ROOTER Franchise this is not the way a good Roto Rooter operates.

Our heating and air conditioning bills were out of control. Our 29 year old furnace was working, but inefficient, had wide temperature swings, and the AC just could not keep up with the summer heat. We solicited multiple requests for estimates. Most were formula based (square footage = furnace size = cost). Kelly (Kevin) took the time to take a detailed look at our existing system, including ductwork. He identified some problems and took detailed notes. He asked what was working and not working for us, rooms that seemed warm or cold. Within a few days, he presented several options and recommendations. He responded quickly to my many questions, and provided all the detail I wanted. Their prices were not the absolute lowest, but clearly the best value. When we selected Kelly, the installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation team arrived as scheduled, and was pleasant and easy to work with. One area's ducting was rerouted to address some inefficient air flow. Ducts were sealed and tested for leaks. All areas were left clean. After installation, a few tweaks were made to make our house comfortable throughout. The cost was exactly as quoted. Highly recommended!

These people were great! They came right out to temporarily fix a broken tankless water heater and pipes that flooded the house. Came back to permanently replace the broken water heater and worked fast and effectively. They were always polite and respectful. Because I really enjoyed them, I have asked them to do some other plumbing work.

We had a leak that no other plumber or leak detection company could find. I chatted with Mark on the phone and explained all that I knew about the issue and horrific water bills and he was very polite, professional and clearly knowledgeable. His son, Dominic, came by the house the next day and was incredibly professional,and took the time to listen to all of our inputs as to what we thought might be evidence leading to the leak. He spoke to us in layman's terms so that anyone, including us, could understand. The problem was solved in record time. In short: if you have a need for leak detection or plumbing issues, call these guys and look no farther. Awesome job, Dominic! Thank you very much!
