Plumbing

As a Realtor it is important that anytime a client asks for a referral for any sort of repairs I give them only the most honest and dependable referrals. Duston and Go Green Plumbing is my go to plumber not only personally, but he is the only plumber I will refer my clients to. I know he will be 100% honest and straightforward and only charge them what is necessary. I have many clients who are very satisfied with the work he has done for them and I will continue to refer him any chance I can get!

Great referral, they had to flush a thakless water heater that is not in a simple place. They communicated for the time of arrival, they were on time, ithey gave adequate time for the flush chemicals to work, showed me photos of the debris, I was extremely please. And I found out they travel all over the city and outlying areas.

I would NEVER Recommend this company to anyone. Today, driving along the intersection of 290 and FM 1960 in Houston, Texas the driver tailgates me closely then aggressively pulls up beside me and says "F##K You!! I then called the number on the truck to report what had just happened and the person that answer the phone informed me that he was the Owner & Current driver he then continued to yell "F##k You Bi#ch" and all types of derogatory names & insults. I've never seen this man in my life but I would NEVER recommend him for any type service and I would give home Zero stars if you want HORRIBLE customer service then call Monty Kratzer, @ BAM Master Plumbing, INC.

Honest and prompt technicians, easy to work with

Honest, professional, efficient. Came over on a Sunday to replaced my hot water heater and took the time to explain and SHOW me why the old one had died. Also went over all the different parts of the new heater and made sure I was knowledgeable.

I have sent an email, no answer in 8 hours. Also I have called them 5 times, one time is answered and hang off. Looks like they don't care to customers.

The prices for the sewer line clearing I paid at home for my bathroom shower was very cheap and fair. They also told me about some great discounts they had going on for me since I was a senior which I very much appreciate. Could not have done the work without them!

Its rare and refreshing to find a company that prioritizes customer service .. Steve and his crew at Plumb Perfect do just that, and their knowledge and skills made me feel very comfortable with the plumbing repair process. We'll be customers for life. Highly recommended. THANKS !

Really a great plumbing supply house friendly and helpful staff members. I recommend Hajoca to anyone
