As new home owners, we were horrified to find that sewage water was backing up into the basement and making matters worse, the stank was circulating through our vents like a hot deuce sitting in the sun. After having three different plumbers from Enercare (note: don't make my mistake and waste money on Enercare's plumbing plan) snake and camera it and an incompetent plumber from Roto Rooter who wanted to do a hydroflush down the sewer line to clear the blockage, we finally found Evan. Evan determined there was likely a break in the sewer line and needed to be dug up. In a matter of 48 hours, he committed to being at my house again at 8am Monday morning with an excavator and his guys, and to be out of my hair by the end of the day. He did not disappoint. After 6 mths of this problem, accompanied by stress, anxiety and embarrassment (you imagine your house smelling like sewage 24/7...), Evan and his guys fixed it. Just like that. Evan and crew: my husband and I continue to sing your praises months later. We've never met more honest and hard working people. THANK YOU!

Sprung a leak on a Sunday night, was given a 2 hr window. They were there in 20 min! Investigation was quick, repair was quick and due to the emergency, price was fair. Will call them again in the future
