Plumbing

Great service, great prices and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable, experinced, highly skilled. Good inventory, a little pricey.

Service was extremely fast, Hunter showed up within minutes and resolved my issue. Very knowledgeable, clean and courteous.

We initially called on a Sunday afternoon since our washing machine drain overflowed and was clogged. They were too booked up, but due to our family schedule, we had them come out Wednesday. Ron and Jess came out to our house for the service call. They were here for about an hour taking the drain apart and snaking out the drain system in that part of the house. The drain works better than ever. It also seems that the main drain is working better since the laundry is very close to the main clean out. We ended up buying the 3 year membership and will be using The Plumbing Doctor again.

Promt service, did an amazing job and great pricing. I would never go anywhere else! Thank you!

Used this company a few times, and very satisfied with their honesty and good work.

Called this guy cause our sewer was backing up, we were phoning around to get prices to come out and fix the issue, we had a couple contractors give us some ridiculous prices, anyways we called Saxon and he informed us that the city will come out and fix the issue for FREE, and also took the time to lookup the number for us!!! What a great guy, he has earned our business in the future

Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

We had a whole home water treatment system installed in the house. They installed the water softener in the basement and the RO system in the kitchen, explained how they work and answered all our questions. We were impressed with the quick professional installation and are happy to have high quality water in our house for such a great price.

I have used Baumann's three times before and the plumbing service was always excellent but the help on the phone not so much. I just phoned to book an appointment for two weeks in the future, was made to wait on the line and then abrubtly told "we can't help you right now... try calling around to other places." Very disappointing.

Had them come out to fix my residential ac unit. Very prompt and professional. I've already referred them to another friend in need of ac work. Support local businesses!

We live in the country, and rely on a pump to have water in our home. This spring our pump broke. We called Concept, and Shaun and his crew were out to our house that same day, and even after having to order in a new system, we had water within 24 hours of our first phone call. Professional service and fair prices. I highly recommend Concept!

I'm not into giving reviews but because of this companies excellent service I felt compelled. The plumber I dealt with was on time, did a great job and I felt like I was getting a very fair price. I will not deal with any other plumbing company from now on. This is the kind of service that we as consumers deserve.
