The technician said the hot water heater was broken and needed replaced. We told them no since the unit was still under warranty. We found a plumber that was certified for this brand unit, and this plumber replaced the control box and everything is working fine now. Obviously Rescue Rooter either didn't know what they were doing or were trying to rip us off. I would give them no stars if possible.

What a ripoff and false advertising. The yellowbook add shows $48.88 drain and sewer special, but the technician quoted me $175 when he looked at the drain. After 15 minutes he was done fixing a slow drain in our bathtub and he was on the phone for 5 min. I talked him down to $150, but think this is false advertising
