Our water pressure was literally down to a drip out of our shower… we didn't want to have to replace any major pressure tanks or appliances unless it was absolutely necessary. These guys came to the rescue and gave me an outstanding price, they were honest and replaced only what was necessary. Highly recommended!

Shamrock septic services are the best in the Mat Su Valley and that is a big area. They are there when you need them.The owner Pat and his wife Charlotte are great people and Pat has a Brother Named Larry Murray who has Larry Murray Drain cleaning a drain cleaning /thawing business and you get the same fabulous service from his company. I have been here for 35+ years as a homeowner and a commercial businessman . THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM OR TELL YOU WHAT THE SOLUTION ARE!!!

Great people, great service, you won't find any better

The person who came out is very nice. Unfortunately the heating system (for the water too) was almost out dated. Sold it to us knowing it was going to be out dated and finding parts was going to be expensive. The unit was purchased in 2012 and has not worked properly since 2014. We have had to call them out every December due to the hot water and heating system being out. Each time our systems would be down for 3+ months. Yep no heat during the coldest time of year. The company as a whole did not seem to care. There was always another job more important than our home. The only thing this company seems to be good at is making sure you pay an extraordinary amount of money for poor service.

Advanced Plumbing and Heating came out to repair my furnace by appointment in August 2012. On Jan 27 th when it was -24 my heater went down again. Advanced is not open on Sunday so I called another company-Mat-Su Mechanical. They repaired the same part, found numerous problems with the previous repair ( some of which could have been life threatening). AND charged less for an emergency call then Advanced charged for the original fix. I called Advanced the next day. They took no ownership of the problem whatsoever. Chuck said he stood by his repair men...apparently he does not stand by his customers. Beware Mat Valley friends!!!

Palmer helped me out a lot. They went out of their way to come up with a solution to fix my water softener. Not only did the solution work wonderfully, it cost me less than what it would have cost to redo my plumbing. Thanks for all the help.

He offers the best work at great rates!! He has always been on time or even early. If for some reason he’s had to cancel, he’s been very apologetic and ready to reschedule. He’s also very timely with his work and does an excellemt job! We’ve had no issues with work he’s done or fixed in our house. I always call him for work to be done or even just for small questions and he is always eager to respond and help. I highly recommend him and his work!!!
