He offers the best work at great rates!! He has always been on time or even early. If for some reason he’s had to cancel, he’s been very apologetic and ready to reschedule. He’s also very timely with his work and does an excellemt job! We’ve had no issues with work he’s done or fixed in our house. I always call him for work to be done or even just for small questions and he is always eager to respond and help. I highly recommend him and his work!!!

Nice guys when they did show up. But I had to call them back to repair the job 4 times! They never returned any of my calls, had to keep calling over and over. That's the Valley for you. Customer service is like this almost every where.

Called in need of urgent repair said they would call back with estimate of cost and when they could get to my residence to fix it. They never called back.

I don’t give 5 stars because everything works correctly, that’s to be expected, and everything does. I give 5 stars because of the level of service. Ben checked with me several times to make sure my new stove was working correctly. When I got back to him on some minor concerns, he checked back with me every few weeks until I finally gave him a date to return and check out the stove. By the time I agreed to a visit I had already worked out the concerns (all due to my lack of experience) but he still insisted in coming to check on the work and make sure everything was as it should be. I would highly recommend this company for being committed to providing for their customers needs.

Shortly after we bought our home, we discovered a leak in our crawlspace and in air in our water lines. The first plumbing contractor was not familiar with our water softener/iron removal system where the leak was. They charged me for a callout and recommended I bypass the system. The second contractor also was not familiar with our setup, but recommended Mat-Su Mechanical. The plumbers came out and stopped the leak. Later I got a call from Mark Sampson, turns out he did the plumbing on the house when it was built in 93. He got the replacement parts and got the work done quickly. The office staff and technicians are all very professional. The price turned out less than I expected. Out of the 3 contractors I've talked to in the Valley, they are the only one I would recommend for complex/higher dollar plumbing issues.

Residential Plumbing and Heating are awesome...they've came out twice to our house and Rick is skilled and it's obvious that he knows what he's doing when it comes to Heating...they are awesome and good people, very nice and thoughtful.
