Great customer service. Is normally able to come out and do our septic the same day we call. We have been having him do our septic system for over 10 years. If there is some sort of issue, he is always willing to help with some advice, as we have a older system that really needs to be replaced.(the city will be forcing city water in soon so why pay for a new one now?) Great pricing too.

Service was excellent. I called on a friday early morning and phone was picked up right away. They got the job done quick and arrived faster than i expected. I will call them again

My kids knocked the cap off my outside cleanout which allowed my main drain line to freeze shut. I originally called out another popular drain service; who after trying to snake the line told me that my main line had separated and or collapsed without running a drain camera into the line to verify the problem. That technician told me that they could have their backhoe over the next day to start digging up the line. I called Denali Sewer & Drain and they sent a technician over with a drain camera system that verified a freeze up problem. After a twenty minute steaming of the line; the system was back in service. (And the cleanout cap was properly reinstalled)

Barry was very friendly and helpful and worked hard to get me the odd size fittings I was looking for. He is quick to answer emails and seems to want my business. Thanks for your help.

I have had good service, each time my furnace goes out they fix it. I like there knowledge of the heating system and suggestions.

I had just been through the ringer with a bad plumber so he came in and was like fresh air. He charged me fairly and felt horrible for all I had already been through. He was in fast and fixed it in a day. He even bought my tenants that were living there pizza. I was referred to him through a sheetrock guy I had used and both of their work spoke for itself. Very please with his professionalism and service.

I appreciate KLEBS because they understand "The Golden Rule " . They often are willing and able to fix other mechanical problems that are caused by the previous person or owner that didnt know what they were doing. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I also would recommend that customers who have an emergency describe in DETAIL what is happening on their end.

Very short with me on the phone and didn't want to help. This is a wholesaler company that sells to other businesses. They don't get that if they are rude to people, generally people wont buy from the people they sell to. In other words, even though you are a wholesaler you still have to provide customer service.

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. The staff up there, especially Britt, prides themselves in being problem solvers before salesman. They want to help people, and they do.

James is by far the best plumber and heating guy i have ever met. I have turned my family and friends on to him and all are over pleased with him. He has done jobs from unclogging a drain to replacing all the pipes under one of my rentals. His price is low and the quality of work he does is out of this world!! I own 2 rental houses and he is on my speed dial!! I wish I could give him 100 stars! Thanks James!

I have worked with many plumbing contractors and DH Plumbing is the best I have been around. They are very dependable and they deliver quality craftsmanship. DH are trust worthy and have the most experience I have seen in a contractor.
