My elderly grandmother heard about this place on the radio so called for help, because her dishwasher, and wash tub and kitchen sink weren't draining. The guy comes in and tells her to make out a check for the service call, checks the dishwasher and says it's the sewer. Goes outside and comes back in a couple minutes later and says "The pipe is cracked and I don't want to do it. It's a mess down there" and walked out. I gave 1 star only because I had to. There's a nice way of saying and doing things. At the least, he could have referred someone else.

Terrible, terrible and unprofessional service!
Plumber Allan came 2 h late! Price was changed from $249 to $299 over night! Came without proper equipment and after 15 min told that his plumbing snake is too short and we need to call another plumber.
The worst thing is that he wanted that we pay in full him and another plumber! Double full price! When we refused he got angry, aggressive, left everything dissassembeled and when removed plumbing snake created mess all over the kitchen, even on the upper cabinets!

Very pleased with Frontier Heating and A/C! My furnace went two days after Christmas while I was out of town. My wife was home alone, and it was late at night. Frontier arrived, supplied electric heaters, and helped my wife carry wood into the house. A few days later they installed a new furnace. Their entire crew was extremely professional, and efficient.
