This piece of garbage messed up my house so bad. We're suing and about 20 other people are suing.

These guys have look after my gas supply to my BBQ to my 1mil BTU shop furnace ...only an A ticket guy can do that and good ones are hard to find ... Thanks to the crew for looking after us ... highly recommended

Moved to Parksville in December and found some major issues with poor drainage in our backyard and the perimeter drains. Called roto rotor to see if they could help out. They sent Shaun out to consult with us on what our options were. He quoted somewhere in the 9 thousand dollar range to fix. First he informed me that he needed to check with the city to confirm we were hooked up to the storm drain and he would get back to me with a written quote. Just after Christmas we called roto rotor again to inspect our perimeter drains as lots of water was accumulating where it shouldn’t have been. The gentleman who came out was very nice and told us we needed to fix the perimeter drain on one side of the house. I told him that we were waiting on Shaun to give us a quote and he told us he would update Shaun on the issues. It is now the middle of February and we have not heard back from Shaun and the backyard issues have been rectified without the help of roto rotor. 15 k lost. Unprofessional.

Our only toilet became flush-challenged around 10 pm on March 13 (these things never happen during business hours, of course). Dispatch advised that I would be charged emergency callout rates & sent Cheya, who arrived about 10:30 pm. Definitely NOT the tidiest worker, but professional & thorough nonetheless, he performed every trick in his considerable playbook, to no avail. Not his fault - a circular object was firmly lodged in the trap & wouldn’t budge. With emergency callout fees mounting high, Cheya decided to quit. He advised me to buy a new toilet, which I did the following morning. For the install of the new toilet, dispatch sent Nezih, with apprentice Shawn’Tai. The install took much longer than I expected, but this was due to Nezih’s insistence on making sure the toilet was installed 100% perfectly, right down to discarding the bolts the new toilet came with, and using much stronger ones from his toolbox. Shawn’Tai kept the area extremely clean, which was much appreciated! I wouldn’t hesitate to request any of the 3 men for any future jobs. Thanks guys!

Had a good experience with Hercules Heating and Plumbing. Called needing service on my furnace. As it turned out it was a warrantee issue with the part and the tech advised that I should contact the company that originally installed the part a few weeks ago. I offered to pay their time for the service call and was told not too worry about it. Just shows that are an honest and trustworthy company with whom I won't hesitate to call again with any heating or cooling needs I might have.
