Two plumbers from the West Seneca Roto-Rooter came out to our house yesterday to address some drainage and sewer line issues we were having. They made a few recommendations on things we could do to address the problem, cleaned out our lines and were done in less than an hour. The guys did a great job installing central air conditioning at our century home on Lock Street. They were very neat and tidy inside and out, and I appreciated that they stayed late to get the job done (7 pm). They are not inexpensive but I feel that I definitely got what I paid for (good value).

Just moved up to PTBO and Hanwell sent an invoice to our mailing address for the previous owner who didn't forward anything. Being new to PTBO, he was our first point person for plumbing, and we really appreciated that he knew all of the equipment after servicing it with the previous owner. I'd definately use him again.

Called them about drain issues.. They told me that they might be able to help me today if not the next day for sure... They called and so no possible way to get there but they will be there. Tomorrow... Waited till 2pm next day with no response, so I called them and they said they wouldn't be able to make it today.. They never called me back to inform me that they were not going to be able to make it, very unprofessional and for 100$ per hr you would think the pr would be more professional than that... WON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!
