Plumbing

This company is top notch.

Worst customer service ever, avoid at all cost. The company does not care about their customers. I won't go into the details, but they have too many businesses and they don't give a damn about what they do wrong.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE STAFF, IN PARTICULAR A INSTALLER NAMED GARY ?.. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS REQUIRED, SEEING THAT I WAS A 70 SOMETHING FEMALE, WITHOUT MUCH KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT COULD BE DONE WITH THE SPACE WHERE THE FURNACE WAS. HE BLOCKED THE AIR FROM COMING IN, AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS NOW!! THANK YOU WEST BAY MECHANICAL FOR A GREAT DAIKIN HEAT PUMP.

I recently moved here from Ontario, and I wanted to install an under sink reverse osmosis water filter system in my kitchen. I asked a neighbour if he could recommend me a plumber that I could trust. He said he always calls Brandon from Rapid Plumbing and Heating, and that Brandon has done work for a number of other close neighbours. I called him and he made room in his busy schedule to do the installation. I was very pleased. After he left, I had some questions about the use of the system and called him the same night. I left him a message and, to my surprise, he called me back that same evening and cleared up all my questions. I would recommend his services highly and I will certainly call him again when I need any plumbing work done.

We had this company install a new hotwater tank, a new toilet and they serviced our gas fireplace for us. Even though it was a busy time of year for them they always got back to me quickly and were very helpful and friendly. The work they did was completed fast and the staff were excellent!! Great job guys, keep up the good work!!

Awesome local family business. Had them install new water heaters and a new gas furnace. Prompt, clean and courteous. Highly recommend for any gas and plumbing needed. Thanks guys..

I have used Swift Plumbing for over 20 years in two different homes. Excellent service!! It's great to have a plumbing service that you can trust!

I tried 3 plumbers the other day when the hot water tank blew. The Heat Pro showed up with a new tank and did the repair all in under an hour. First he told me how to shut off my water, so yes, thank you. Kevin, Victoria BC

Helpful people downstairs and up.

Amazing

Excellent service. Would recommend Royal Flush for any plumbing needs. Used them for our new build and they went above and beyond.
