The service tech, Adam who came to fix our furnace was very professional and knowledgeable. As he worked on our furnace he answered all my questions and offered helpful tips. His repair was above and beyond and he more than met our expectations.
Having said all that, our experience with the previous winter checkup tech was not the same, he was in and out in no time and the items that Adam had to repair we missed by the previous tech.
I don't know If Reliance can send a specific tech but I will always ask for Adam., he instilled confidence that the job was being done right.
