Had a plumbing emergency. Called for 2 hours and asked them to send someone. "Yea someone is on their way." Every time. No one ever showed.

I have been using this plumbing company for 17 years. Mike Pope was an amazing man as well as superb plumber. His son is running the company as well as his father did. Great service.

They do all of my work ... reasonable rates, reliable and they do it right!

This place usually deals with contractors.... but if you want professional help and service, this is the place. Huge inventory of even hard to get items... if you can describe it they will go and pick part from warehouse and bring it to you. No running around from aisle to aisle like a lost sheep. Prices are great and they accept Debit, Credit , cash and they are a Canadian Company !!

The technician was very pleasant but unfortunately, the sewer backed up within two days of the sewer drain service. The technician used a camera and was able to confirm that the problem area was on the city side of the sewer, versus on my property. I contacted the City as the technician suggested, but the city needed to know the specific location of the sewer problem, and if the technician had painted a mark on the driveway or sidewalk. I called Rootermaster back, and asked them to return to snake the drain again. I also asked that they use the camera to identify exactly where the problem was. The technician was unable to return my call and the agency would not provide any assistance, directing me to call the city. They city is saying they cannot proceed without additional information.

Bought a number of plumbing fixtures here in fall 2016 including our much beloved shower kit and the kitchen sink of my dreams. They have competitive pricing (for example, best price we could find for our kitchen sink including online), good selection of high quality brands and products, and knowledgeable staff.
