We have Jeff from COAD come yearly to check and clean the furnace and a/c. We believe in preventative maintenance on systems to ensure they are running correctly and to prolong the life. Jeff is always friendly, professional, clean, and efficient.

Wow, not going back to these guys. Guy ran into a little problem installing our dishwasher. So, instead of taking careful measurements and figuring out a solution, we had to bring in a handyman to tell us what the plumber needed to do (prop the front of the counter up for a few seconds, while installing). Then they wanted to send two more guys to do the work that the first guy could have done with the help of my husband who was available that day. And they insisted they would charge us for all three guys time. Don't think so. We're going elsewhere, and they won't be getting any business or recommendations from us.

Rob installed our new furnace today, he arrived at 7:20 am and was done around Noon. Extremely happy with Robs work, and his attention to detail. I will be sure to ask for Rob when it is time to replace the A/C unit. Being now to the area it was a relief to find a company I can call my first stop shop. Thank you Rob. Per a recomendationg from a co-worker I called Olinger for help on insalation of a downward venting dryer, the tech showed up very curtious but basically said I should buy a new dryer 3 days later I recieved a bill for 59.99 for less than 10 minutes of time. Really
