Never showed up for the appointment I scheduled for maintenance on my gas stove. After waiting 5 hrs and realizing he wasn’t showing up I gave up.
Update: my furnace just broke and it’s Durands brand they specialize in, so Ive called them in to hopefully make it up to me. The owner showed up in 5 min. apologized for past no show and had reasonable excuse. He definitely knew what he was doing, and was quick and courteous.

A few months ago on a Saturday morning we woke up to find that our water heater had died. On the recommendation of friends we called Hyde Park Plumbing & Heating. Two plumbers showed up within about an hour. After checking things out and picking up a new water heater, they had it installed and were on their way. They were very efficient and friendly and our new water heater has worked like a charm ever since. Even though it was a Saturday, we were not charged extra and even got a seniors' discount.
