The Ener-save employees installed a new furnace for me on the coldest day of 2015, December 30. They came on time, worked for eleven hours and completed the job (which included replacing intake and outflow pipes in the attic and connecting the furnace to the drain under the house). Matthew, Chad, and Tyler were all very respectful and pleasant, and they explained many things to me, which wasn't easy since I know nothing about heating systems. While furnaces are not cheap, when I consider the time they put in I think I got a good deal. I recommend this company highly.

Despite the work being more challenging and time consuming than expected they stuck to their original estimate.

I had them replace my hot water heater 5 years ago, and had such a good experience that I didn't hesitate to have them do my furnace this year. Both times they were professional, did quality work, and made suggestions that saved me money.

Have been dealing with Emco for many years. As a local builder, it is convenient to go here. The front end and back end staff are excellent. Very helpful and professional.

Skyline Plumbing Heating & Gasfitting Ltd

Horrible service, they only do half the work/easy work. When we asked AFTER paying them 40,000, they ignore our calls or say its the electricians, drywall, any other workers fault for the heat not working. Now our bills are extremely high because we cannot turn off the heat. We have contacted another plumber to do the work that should have been done in the first place which is going to cost a fair bit.

Darsh came to our rescue on a Saturday evening and fixed a backed up pipe that was flooding our basement. This was on the Saturday before Christmas Eve! He was here in under and hour and working on fixing it all. Great job Darsh!!! Thanks for working on this at such short notice and out of hours. Excellent service would use again!
