Shades Mountain Christian School is a Christ centered high acedemic setting. The new purchase of Riverchase Middle School is proof God is at work in growing this great mission. Check out this school and spend time researching and you will see the difference. I have two kids here and could not be more impressed.

The Christ School is exactly what they say they are and the people are exactly what they promote themselves to be. The staff is highly motivated, focusing on each child. We are blessed to be able to send our three kids to this school. We can not say enough positive things! My children are being prepared not only academically for the next stage of development but also spiritually which is just as important to our family. Take a tour and see for yourself why this school is so amazing!

After reading all the reviews like a concerned mother , this place seems terrible. For any owner that doesn’t work with the parents for comfort is definitely a concern. I’m very particular about how often my sons diapers get changed and I’ve read from many parents that they don’t do that here. Being hung up on when trying to get answers as to why your child is hurt is just unexceptable! Some people may have good experiences but I refuse to allow my child to get hurt just to have a bad experience. I’ll sefinitly take my money else where

ECCS is an unapologetically Christian school which uses classical methods. The faculty are highly qualified and care about the students. ECCS provides challenging academics as well as life skill practice so the students can go out into the public and be a productive, Christian citizen while not offending those with a different view. You must visit to understand this gem.

I am the mother of two young children who attend Primrose School of Riverwoods. They have both been enrolled since they were each 6 weeks old. My oldest is now 3 and my youngest is 1. I am a working mother who has maternity leave only up to 6 weeks after birth. Since my children were so young I was so scared to leave them in the care of someone else, but I had no choice. I researched and toured many different daycares and preschools. When I walked into Primrose of Riverwoods I knew immediately this is where my children should be. The staff at the front were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. When I entered the infant room it was so calm and so very clean. The teachers were warm and loving to the children who all were content. I also toured the older rooms to see if the children seemed as happy in there as they did in the infant room. Sure enough they were, it was what they call "circle time" and it was amazing how the children were so engaged in what their teacher was saying and doing. Primrose is not a "daycare" but a true preschool. My infant children actually learned sign language. They have their own curriculum and my oldest daughter who is now in Preschool is benefiting tremendously from this. I would recommend Primrose School of Riverwoods to any family looking for a family environment and a nurturing. caring staff. From the owners to the cook everyone is wonderful.
