Terrible place to send your kids! Horrible school. Watch your kids! They seem to be very controlling. This is what happens when they have your daughter and they don’t let you talk to her: “Yesterday when Aubrie got off the phone with you, she requested that I block your number from my phone. So, no, I will not be passing messages from you to her. She will be in contact with Caitlyn every few days, though, to update everyone on how she's doing and any other information she wants to share. This is me directly asking you not to contact me on this number or in any other way ever again. I will not be responding to any messages from you in the future.” My daughter is mentally fragile right now. Instead of allowing the family to be involved in getting her help, this is what we are dealing with. Our family is heartbroken and saddened that Christians are part of separation instead of restoration. My daughter is not thinking clearly, and is very easily manipulated when she is in this frame of mind.

Both my kids have been at Pinecrest since they were 4 months old. They have always found a loving teacher that would help them with basic skills to communicate and socialize. Mrs. Dawn leads the school with heart and common sense and is accessible when needed. Our daughter started Junior K this year with Mrs. Amy who had great reviews from previous parents with kids already attending Kindergarten. Our son recently left Mrs. Lindsey's class at 22 months and his vocabulary has grown overnight. She spends the time with each kid helping them with their needs and sends a few pictures of throughout the day so you don't miss them as much. I highly recommend this school and the staff.

Peaceful

Primrose is hands down the best school in the area. Our son is always excited to go to school and see his teachers and friends. The curriculum they have is one of the best around! Our son has learned so much in just the short 6 months that they have been open. The facility is super clean and they teach the children about cleanliness as well as practice it on a daily basis. The owners and leadership members are always there to greet us with a smile. They truly care about the children. Thank you for everything you do!

Excellent education, small class sizes, caring teachers.

The truth is: The classical approach is a great learning method. The curriculum is harder than average but not rocket science. Expect at least 1 hour of homework every night and weekends, most likely 2 and you will be very involved in helping your child with all subjects and managing their schedule/test preparation. Don't believe the 30 minute homework speech that they will learn everything in class. There are times that some of the assignments are purely to maintain a heavy workload and waste time that could be spent on more important areas. There are times the staff lookup and decide we need to cram 1 month of learning into 1 week to catch up. They expect very young students (e.g. 3rd grade) to learn in class by taking notes (could you effectively learn this way in high school?). Many of the teachers are angry people, overworked, underpaid, with limited guidance on the curriculum. As a result they demand almost complete silence at all times especially at lunch. The children hardly ever have the opportunity to be a kid, so most of the children come home stressed and angry to do homework. All this and the test scores are barely higher than the best public schools, so I suppose it kind of works despite itself.

5 stars for PreK to 2nd. 1 Star for the rest.
