My son was at LUC 8 years ago. He did do well when he was there. Ken the founder is a very caring man. I know they did the best they could to help my son. It wasn’t perfect of course no where is when it comes to dealing with defiant kids. He did achieve some success here. He got his GED which helped him and I know who learned who god is here. The one thing I would suggest is to have a one year aftercare type program set up like monthly check ins for one year after they are done I think this could of made a difference for my son to keep on a good track. Unfortunately he has struggled soon after he got done and still is struggling. I know they planted some seeds so I continue to pray he will do better soon. It has been a long hard battle but the fights not over. But I know it has helped a lot of other families. I do believe the staff at LUC truly do care about these boys.

Best kept secret in Little Rock! While it is one of the smaller Catholic School in the area, it is a quality education at small cost. If you are looking for a school for your child PK-8th, you should definitely check them out. The teacher/student ratio is typically smaller than public school, excellent programs and extras. I have had my daughter at this school since she was three and when I got my nieces, the first thing I did was enroll the oldest in as well. You can see the true Godly love that they have for these children. They pour every bit of energy and love they have into these kids and you can see their efforts when my four year old can count to 100 and my 8 year old can read on a fourth grade level. Or how they pray at meals and are so quick to include God into everything they do and are excited to talk about him. I have never felt more secure in my children's education both on a academic level as well as a spiritual level. This school is God's work and it is a blessing to me as well as everyone that works there.

Wonderful School

My two sons transferred to The Anthony School in 6th grade. I worried a little that it might be hard for them to be accepted, especially knowing many of the kids had been there together since pre-k 3. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Both were instantly embraced by their classmates and they established lifelong friends. In addition to having a wonderful experience socially, they were nurtured and challenged academically. They were both well prepared for high school and often reminisce about their days at Anthony. I have no doubt that Anthony was the right choice for my children.
