I am on the Ontario "Do Not Call" list and have advised Keller Williams repeatedly of this. They insist on calling me to ask if I want to sell my home, knock on my door, etc. Obviously they are not an agency that pays attention to details or the needs of others and should not be trusted.

I used Kylie Eby to rent my condo. Usually during a rental agreement the listing agent and co-operating agent split one month's rent as commission to be paid out by the renter. She thought so high of her service of simply adding my listing on MLS that she had the nerve of putting in the fine print that she would collect 10% of the total year's rent and I would still pay the half month's rent to the cooperating agent as well. Her share came out to more than $2000 on a rental unit that I would be receiving $1700 for and the cooperating agent would have to be paid out the half months rent from me in addition to her $2040. I feel very cheated by her and not any agency can confirm this is regular practice. She didn't take pictures of the unit for the posting. She plagiarized from other units that were up for lease. She wasn't involved with any showings from her end. I feel cheated and I believe no-one should work with her as she is very untrustworthy. She's working for herself and not the renter.

Hired MJ Peterson to sell my house. The agent never placed a 'for sale' sign in the yard. She arrived late in the evening to take pictures, so the lighting wasn't very good; she relied on pictures I had taken to place her ad. When changes needed to be made to the contract, she copied and pasted notes from my email into a contract addendum instead of cleaning up my comments. She never gave me a completely signed copy of the documents and needed to add additional documents after the contract was signed that she had forgotten to get originally. When the buyer wanted an additional inspection after the inspection period was expired, she sided with the buyer and insisted that I pay for it without the buyer putting down an earnest money deposit. I had to remind her that the contract provided otherwise. Signing of the inspection waiver was delayed by several days, because she failed to advocate for the removal of language that would have obligated me to hire a licensed contractor to make repairs to items she advised me to remove. She told the attorneys not to speak to each other. She routinely ignored my messages until I spoke to a manager. She priced the house lower than nearby comps and would not tell me the amount of the appraisal when it came in. She never told me the outcome of the final inspection or bothered to contact me to say 'congratulations' when the house finally closed. Once the closing was set, she cut off all communications. Needless to say, it was disappointing to hand over a commission for such poor representation.
