Riz provided a service that was second to none. It was evident that he had our best interest at heart. In every negotiation, he was very friendly, professional, and educated in the realty business, including statistical information and mathematics. He showed properties and pointed out both the pros and cons for my wife and I to consider. Riz allowed us to make the decisions and did not push the sale.
