Janis and team did a fantastic job staging, listing and selling my home. Her professional style, no pressure approach and relationships in the market turned a stressful situation like selling and moving into a rewarding experience.

Agent was inconsistent in message. Despite providing preferred mode and time of communication due to meetings, it was ignored. Scheduled time to visit the house, however called last minute and expected us to be at the office for payment during the house visit approved. Rushed to the office the next day after work, and was threatened that the deal would be off if we were not able to get to the office in time (was already driving and in the middle of traffic due to other vehicle accidents). Tried to contact supervisor to discuss issues and concerns, but was informed that they will not take those calls.
