Very cheating agents, they want the clients to sign a binding agreements for long term without explaining the contents of the agreements just to keep people bound to the agency and when you file a complaint no one helps. It's seems that this is their way to catch clients.

i hate the services are providing. we found the house our self and just wanted to do lease on that the agent advising the owner to find another tenant who can pay more for the house so he get more commission. when we went there to add a person on a lease suggesting us to give every month 350$ more to householder and in the end when we change the person name in the lease he didn't tell us any fees and after make change in the lease the person tell us to give 100$ charges. very greedy agents.
