Deplorable customer service when dealing with automated showings/bookings of properties through automated computer system. Staff is not educated/trained in areas of simple third party communications when dealing with clients over e-mail. This agency does not provide 24-hr legal notice to tenants for property showings. Would not recommend this agency to list your property as the team is not motivated to sell.

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Gencan Lam in February 2018 and later to his brother Genuine Lam when I was curious about the real estate market and if I should make a move from my current condo in Etobicoke to the downtown market. Both Gencan and Genuine are very professional and able to offer a lot of insight and talk to me about real estate in general. I liked how each question I had in my e-mails he was able to reply promptly and offer good insight to each one. He worked with me on a complicated Assignment deal and I liked how quickly he was able to draft the Offer documents and how he took time to follow up with the other agent on outstanding items, many, many times. He has been able to call me back quickly, even very late in the night, and reply to my text messages promptly. In the end, I was able to complete 1 complex Assignment deal 7 min walking distance to TTC/Go Transit, 1 successful pre-construction deal also 7 min walking distance to TTC/Go Transit, and in the process of selling my unit. My dad has also signed 1 pre-construction deal with Gencan. Total dollar value on 4 deals about $1.9M! Thank you Gencan and Genuine for your outstanding and prompt service and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell!
