Worked with Jay Gandhi last year and had the worst experience ever. This was my fifth house in ten years and found Jay to be extremely unethical and a very shady shady character. Do not let his smile fool you as he does not have your best interest in mind regardless of what he may say.

Awesome real state company

Hammoudah unwillingly became my representative without signing a buyer’s representation agreement (BRA) and provided no service or value to the purchase of my home from the builder. After meeting with Hammoudah twice, I purchased a home that he did NOT find! Nonetheless, I felt forced to give him a commission as I stupidly mentioned that I was interested in that property. I have also said to him numerously that I DO NOT need a real estate agent for the purchase of a brand-new home (builder). Overall my experience was horrible due to the following: - He did not offer advice on negotiation - He did not negotiate on my behalf - He did not provide specific knowledge on the property - He failed to keep his promise (pay lawyer fees of $1500) - Failed to respond to my emails and texts before closing Hammoudah is inexperienced and was a burden to the purchase of my new home. I would give negative stars if I could.

Isaiah Bayley did an excellent for selling our house! I would recommend his name to all the families who are either thinking of selling or buying their property. He was there for us day and night, he sold our house at a very good price in the shortest period of time. There were a number of showing almost everyday for 5 weeks. He treated us as we were his own family. We could not ask for a better real estate agent. Our family thank Sam Macdadi's company, especially Isaiah. I would give him an A+ for all the work he did.
