I recently just bought my first home which is a pretty big step in my life and I dealt with Bertie Collins the whole way through. She made it so easy and spent so much time looking at different houses with fussy old me over the last little bit and always had time to show me houses whenever it was convenient for me even at weird times when she could be at home doing things besides working. She is not only an amazing realtor but one of the most fantastic people I have ever met. I HIGHLY recommend Bertie to either help sell your house for you or to help look for a new home to buy because I guarantee she will make it an easy and fun experience because that's just what she is like. I now not only have an awesome realtor I will use forever but also a great friend! 5 stars to you Remax because of Bertie. I hope everyone has the pleasure of dealing with her for all their home buying/selling needs. I will be back when I need help again.

Aaron went above and beyond for us in helping us find our house in Kamloops. We have never come across such honest, down to earth advice that made our experience very painless. And we have moved around a lot!!! He provided so many extras from talking to our neighbours to FaceTime meetings to providing us with a hot tub tutorial from the pool company and even little treats and activities to make our kids feel at home too. I was shown listings that totally met my families expectations as soon as they came on the market which led to us buying the perfect home in the area we wanted!! I purchased a home that Eric had listed in January. It is two months and I still had not received the keys to the home, he kept making excuses that the sellers were out of the country. I have called and left messages, he did not return my calls. After going through my agent to put pressure on Eric, to get the keys Eric finally went and picked up the keys from the sellers home(sellers are still out of the country). Then rather then bring them to me he left some of the keys with a contractor doing work at the address. When I phoned him an complained about his poor service, he said it was not my place to judge him. Worst attitude of after sales service I could imagine. Completed ignored his obligations. Still waiting for some of the keys.
