We purchased a home represented by Westridge and from the moment we removed subjects we began to get the run around from the realtor. There were concerns over the amount of garbage and building materials left on the property as it was clear that the owners were not living in the house. Westridge continually avoided our phone calls, emails and texts in regards to what the sellers plans were to clean the house and the garbage left on the property. Upon possession date not only were we left with a filthy house but also their garbage and anything else the sellers did not want. Something you would expect of tenants, not owners. Westridge’s excuse was that her clients lived out of town!!! A month went by with us trying to recuperate our expenses to clean up the sellers mess and Westridge came back with, we just have to take her clients to small claims court. So therefore, be aware of Westridge Realty. They’re unethical, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. Their main goal is their commission not excellent service or repeat business

Windermere is a great Real Estate company. They have a very friendly & professional agent called Bill Cecil. A lot of people I know are very satisfied with their experience with Bill Cecil. Check him out if you would like to buy or sell a house.

Joanne was my realtor when I was selling 5 acres+house in Aldergrove. For a few reasons this property was a 'hard sell' ( a challenge ). She was always there to answer questions and respond to e-mails. It sold !!
