the rent manager at this place is not doing her job at all, the roof of my roof is leaking for at least 3 months, and she just told me i have to wait, and keep waiting. and i cannot understand that she had time to take care of the lawn at the front door but she didn't have time to solve renter's problem. And the way she treated all tenants are really unacceptable

We had the displeasure of meeting a Richard Burleigh. He was Completely unprofessional attitude. Me & my wife took the afternoon off to view some properties he had listed. After arrogant behavior & suggesting we only offer more than asking price, he decided he didnt like our "attitude" because we questioned this upsell, he then announced he was not going to show us any more listings, because he did not want us in "HIS" building!!! Complete waste of time & effort on our part, i will never recommend him or his company to anyone! A realtors job is to sell the property for his client, not decide who should be allowed the privilege of purchasing & allowing his commission to be paid....

This is the biggest and best real estate office in Maple Ridge, with three locations across town to display your home to the public. The realtors here are energetic, knowledgeable and helpful.
