Our family was moving from San Francisco to Toronto and needed a place to live. Our interim housing was with family members, so we had a roof over our heads but were in a hurry to get settled. That being said, we didn't want to jump into the first property that checked some of our boxes either. We knew we needed a good agent and interviewed a few that we found online. Rebecca was candid, pleasant and incredibly responsive - we went with her. Picking Rebecca turned out to be a stellar choice. Throughout the (somewhat lengthy) process of finding our home, she continued to be very attentive and responsive to our inquiries; was incredibly patient while we hemmed and hawed over where in the city we wanted to live and made sure that we didn't make any choices we would regret. At one point, we went to see a listing with a deposit cheque in hand, ready to make an offer. We were getting desperate to get our own place, and this house satisfied our basic requirements. Rebecca was great about encouraging us to be patient at a time where many agents would have been happy to close a deal. We took her advice and held off, and not too long after that, she wound up helping us get a home that is way better than what we thought we could have! We're so grateful to have found Rebecca and followed her advice, and couldn't recommend her more highly!

A high end boutique meets years of contracting and realty experience. They know the market as well as they do houses; inside and out. LGBTQI friendly was a lovely perk as well.

My husband and I spent time going to open houses before we made the official decision to sell our condo. We encountered several realtors and found they were very quick to try to get us to sign seller/buyer agreements. When we made the decision to sell we reached out to Dan Freeman after finding his office online. We were very impressed by the time Dan, and his associate Hillary, took to explain their services, what they thought of our condo and what our buying experience might look like. They sat with us for close to 3 hours, drinking tea and responding to our many questions. Having previously bought our condo from the builder, the resale and buying market was very new and intimidating to us. They took time to make us feel comfortable. When it was time to list our condo they arranged for a stager to come in and provide advice. This was very helpful. Fortunately our condo sold within 24 hours, over the asking price. We were also able to facilitate this virtually, which made logistics much easier. Our house purchasing experience was very enjoyable. The Freeman group works as a team. That allowed us to see places on short notice and often in the evenings and weekends, which meant we did not miss work. They were always honest in their opinion of the property and what it would sell for. On several occasions Dan noticed things in the house that we would've looked right past. When we found the house we wanted to pursue, Dan was honest that our price was likely a bit low. We took his advice and a slight increase in our bid allowed us to secure the house, which had 12 other offers on it. We were very thankful for Dan and his team's honest opinions, knowledge of the houses and areas we were looking and very thankful that they helped facilitate a quick process. We would not hesitate to recommend Dan, Hillary or Randi to anyone.

My wife and I had a difficult time finding an agent that we felt that we could trust until we met Paul. He's an honest and hard-working person. In the end, Paul helped me and my wife sell our loft and upgrade to a home in Leslieville. He must have shown us 25 or so homes before we found one that suited us (and that we could afford). Over the years since we purchased our home, Paul and I have stayed in touch and Paul keeps us up to date on the local market.
