Wei was great to work with and he understands the marketplace. He does not make false promises and tells you like it is. He didn't just put a sign on the lawn but he also put effort into selling the house and brought his own clients for viewings. My experience with Adam was great! At first I was a little nervous purchasing my first property (condo in Mississauga) but Adam's first step in his process was to have a chat with me to see where I sit with my knowledge of real estate. From there, he shared some real estate content that he had written which was specific to first time home buyers. He wanted to make sure that I was a little more educated and comfortable with the process of purchasing a home. I must say that this made a big difference when it came to viewing properties and submitting offers. From there, Adam was always answering his phone when I called and I could tell put in work around the clock to ensure that I found that best property that suited my needs. Never once did I feel that he just wanted to close the deal and move on. I have now worked with Adam on purchasing my second property (townhouse in Oakville) and his work ethic has not changed from the time that I met him on day 1. Highly recommend! Cheers Adam...
