Real Estate Agent

I recently just bought my first home which is a pretty big step in my life and I dealt with Bertie Collins the whole way through. She made it so easy and spent so much time looking at different houses with fussy old me over the last little bit and always had time to show me houses whenever it was convenient for me even at weird times when she could be at home doing things besides working. She is not only an amazing realtor but one of the most fantastic people I have ever met. I HIGHLY recommend Bertie to either help sell your house for you or to help look for a new home to buy because I guarantee she will make it an easy and fun experience because that's just what she is like. I now not only have an awesome realtor I will use forever but also a great friend! 5 stars to you Remax because of Bertie. I hope everyone has the pleasure of dealing with her for all their home buying/selling needs. I will be back when I need help again.

Eileen and Mark Mountain say, " Thank you, Don Ward! for the best real estate transaction we have ever experienced".

Very friendly , helpful, found a great place and will go back to view however many times needed 🙂

This was our first Canadian property purchase, we found Lark and her team very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, which made the transaction very smooth. Their local knowledge helped us with a choice of lawyers and accountants. We would highly recommend Lark and her team for buying or selling through.

Tyler and his team helped me buy my first apartment in Kamloops. It was a nervous experience, but they helped me a lot. Never pushy, warning about the pros and cons and get me in contact with the correct people

They lost our security deposit refund. 2 months and 22 days later and still no sign of our money. Jill Bingham was our property manger and she claimed it was lost in the mail. 22 days after her finding out she still has not written us a new check its getting ridiculous. I highly sudgest not renting any property being managed by Jill Bingham

Sold our house in Montreal and moved to Victoria. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had the chance to work with Richard here. Different markets, different ways. Richard provided intelligent advice at every step of the process. He understood rapidly what we were looking for and was super effective to organize visits and provide suggestions on proprieties we could be interested in. Always available, always helpful, always patient when we changed our minds. In the (always stressful) offer process Richard was professional knowledgeable, calm. He followed our needs and never put any pressure on us. A real pleasure to work with. Would need a 6th star for the rating.

Jamie is truly first-class! He came highly recommended when we learned we were moving to the Comox Valley and from the moment we met him we knew we were in good hands. You won't find a more knowledgeable, professional, and personable real estate agent anywhere. My entire family all look forward to working with him in the near future. Thanks Jamie!
