Dolores always made herself available whether it be in person, or by phone and made the process of submitting an offer very easy and went over all of the documents with us. Our experience with Ron was absolutely horrifying. He seemed humble at the beginning but we soon realized this was his way of conning us into a deal we weren't comfortable doing. He is persistent on doing whatever he can do close a deal even at the expense of you or your family's well being. He does not have your best interest in mind. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!
