We went there at about 8:30pm on a Friday night, so I understand it might be rough; however, the soda they gave us was absolutely disgusting (Sprite tasted like distilled sparkling water). They almost forgot giving us our Large Coke, we had to remind them about it, and they forgot the BBQ sauce for the chicken fries (you can't forget the sauce!) Overall, not the best service on this night, the food is alright I guess, hence the two stars.

Was so excited i finally had another iron for food When i get off too late with no time too cook. Unfortunately this location closes whenever they feel like it. We just went through the drive through and an automated "Sorry we are closed" message comes on. Knowing that they close at 10 we arrived at 930 craving Popeyes so bad. Highly disappointed in this as I also am on the food service industry and I know the rules about guests coming before close. I called and a gentleman answers i asked when they close just to be sure and he said 10p. We decided to leave anyways but I was not happy that they were actually open. Poor service in my opinion.

We ordered on line for two people on Easter lunch. We got there and the order hadn't been filled yet. They got busy all of a sudden and we waited for at least 15-20 minutes before the order was filled. There was no management able to coordinate the staff. It was a major cluster. I don't know if the employees were all new or not trained long enough. The food was very good. When management and employees don't perform really good, that is what causes businesses to close up.

This place by far serves the Best Chinese Food in Tucson. To give you my favorite dish would be to do a disservice to this restaurant. Everything is good and the staff is attentive. It's the perfect restaurant if you only have an hour or two because the food comes out in 15-20 mins at most.
