I would give it a 3.5-4 , the people that seemed happy to be there, seemed great and I would so go back for a drink or 3 at the bar with the sweet blonde bartender that was working last night , (Saturday night , 3/19/18 ) but the petite waitress with the dark hair and a flower clip, wasn't very personable and didn't know dusky squat about her restaurant. Also, there were 2 different hairs in my food and I didn't see it till 1/2 way through with my fries. :/ and kinda wondering about their grades , received a C in March but now is up to a B.
But the food was amazing, brisket is delicious. Ribs are amazing. Everything we had was great. Will be coming back but I'll make sure it's a better experience :) and if they're not happy working there, I will be more than happy to ! :)

Always great food and friendly staff. This place isn’t always a quick eat because service tends to be a bit slow and the food portions big. Super delicious and definitely a Home style place. I love the grilled cheese and fries plus the bbq sauce is awesome!!

Ordered the orange chicken with fried rice and eggroll and shrimp. The chicken was extremely bland, the rice tasted old like its been reused I gave it to my dogs, the shrimp was extremely fishy and the eggroll tasted so terribly old. This was not worth checking out.

Great ambience, friendly staff, and excellent food. We enjoyed breakfast so much, we came back for lunch on the same day! I had the grilled vegetable sandwich on naan which is on their brunch menu (brunch is Sat/Sun 11am to 2pm). Great fries, flavorful and crisp. Excellent salad. We brought a huge, freshly baked cinnamon roll home for the kids. Excellent selection of teas. Why anyone would go to a nearby cramped coffee chain with this gem here in town is a mystery to me!

They always forget food in my order, including drinks. Even when I've paid for them. The lines are always super long, because they take FORREVERRR to get the food out. Definitely wouldn't call this "fast food" because it's anything but. The crestline mcdonalds is better because its only maybe 1-3 orders that they forget something and they give you something extra when they mess up. This mcdonalds doesnt honor that, and they have their own set of prices. Normally a mcchicken is $1, not here. The $1 large drink also does not apply here. Just keep in mind, theres another mcdonalds in the lake arrpwhead village that is much better in every way. The crestline one is also better than blue jay for reasons listed above.

We love this place! Their taco plate is so much food and their burritos are huge and everything is so, so tasty. We've always left super satisfied. They also have an excellent soda machine full of a ton of interesting flavor combinations! The decor is bright and cute, too. Would definitely recommend a visit.
