Terrible to sum it all up! 1:30 am on Friday, March 2nd. Went for two tacos and a steak chalupa. This is how my chalupa was made. It was already opened inside the bag so was my two tacos. The tomatoes was frozen, and didn't receive my receipt. Luckily there's this so people can know to check their food before leaving the window.

The kitchen has 2.5 cooks and 1 person working the register. The 1/2 is the cook struggling to man the fry station & deliver orders. The 2 cooks from 1st observation did not anticipate the lunch rush. The line nearly out the door and the main cook was not slapping more patties onto the grill. I paid for my order and sat at a clean table. As I was watching the kitchen, I noticed the main cook take their cell phone out of their back pocket, send a couple of messages, & go back to the grill touching the meat. Kinda lost my appetite for my burger. I stuck with the fries to be safe, you can always count on the fry cook to cook to temperature. A friend made a comment like shouldn't the cooks wear beard nets?? So save your money, go to Five Guys or Pei Wei.

We have been going to Avilas for years but lately it's a disappointment. Ordered to go and they forgot a main dish, called to let them know since I paid so much, turns out they didn't even include it in the order. Then I open my chicken taco plate there is a shriveled piece of plastic between the tacos. The worst part was when I take a bite of the taco and a huge chicken bone ends up in my mouth. I don't know what's going on but Avilas used to be a fine restaurant, It's just not the same.

Eating in this restaraunt is like dining in a dinner boat somewhere in the Seattle marina. The seafood is great and the clam chowder makes you feel like you're right in New England.

I came for the 1st time and this place is really not so great. I believe being the only Indian restaurant in town, many Asians come here. I ordered the fastest item I could get in the menu and it took them 20 minutes to bring it. I saw people around me and everyone was having the same look waiting for food.
I ordered a dinner meal and it should come with coffee/ tea. When I asked for coffee, he said they don’t have it. I don’t know how long will it take to make them one coffee.
Also the food taste is below average. I’ll never come back to this place again.
At last it took them f*****g 20 minutes again to get my check..😓

Same girl always seems to be working when I go though the drive though. She is very sweet and patient given I always have a coupon to same me some $. The food is always good and theive never gottwn my order wrong.
